Isak stole the spotlight by scoring a hat-trick in the Magpies' commanding 4-0 victory over Ipswich Town at Portman Road.
The 25-year-old forward has been in scintillating form, bringing his season total to 11 goals, including an impressive 10 strikes in his last 11 matches.
Manager Eddie Howe lauded Isak's contributions, emphasising his importance to the team's ambitions.
With Callum Wilson struggling with injuries, Isak's role will be even more critical during the demanding festive schedule.
Despite speculation about his future, Isak has downplayed the rumours and reaffirmed his commitment to Newcastle, where he remains under contract for another three-and-a-half years.
"Throughout my career, I have never commented on rumours during the season (regarding reported transfer interest). There have been many such years where that (moving clubs) has been talked about," Isak told Fotbollskanalen.
"It doesn't affect me. My situation at Newcastle? I have never had any problem there and I am fully focused on my task there, that we will have a fantastic season.
"There are still great opportunities for that and I have no thoughts about anything else. Much of what I read (about myself) is not true. That is about all I can say about the whole thing."
Newcastle's strong negotiating position, coupled with Isak's consistent performances, has bolstered the club's confidence in retaining their star forward.
