Alphonso Davies' future unclear as agent dismisses Real Madrid rumours

Alphonso Davies' agent, Nedal Huoseh, has quashed speculation linking the Bayern Munich star with a move to Real Madrid, labelling recent reports as "not true."

Speaking to Munich-based outlet TZ, Huoseh clarified: "Although the player has many options, we have not reached an agreement with any club."

Davies, whose contract with Bayern Munich runs out at the end of the season, has yet to agree on an extension with the Bundesliga giants.

Despite this, Huoseh has insisted staying in Bavaria remains a possibility. "Bayern could also be an option. All reports claiming otherwise are false," he emphasised.

While Real Madrid have been touted as a leading contender for the Canadian internationals signature, Barcelona are also believed to be monitoring the situation closely.

Davies has established himself as one of the world's top left-backs, making him a prized target for Europe's elite clubs.

Goretzka's Future at Bayern Under the Spotlight

Meanwhile, Bayern Munich midfielder Leon Goretzka has taken a step that could signal a shift in his career.

On Friday, it was confirmed that Goretzka had signed with ROOF, a prominent sports agency representing players such as Serge Gnabry, Kai Havertz, and Konrad Laimer.

Goretzka's playing time has diminished since Vincent Kompany took charge of Bayern, sparking rumours of a potential exit.

Although the club appears willing to part ways with the 28-year-old, Goretzka has not openly expressed a desire to leave. However, with his situation unchanged, a move could become more likely.

The German international made his first start of the season in Bayern's victory against St. Pauli before the international break.

With Aleksandar Pavlovic and Joao Palhinha sidelined due to injuries, Goretzka's presence could prove crucial in upcoming fixtures.

The futures of both Davies and Goretzka remain uncertain, but their next steps could significantly shape Bayern's squad and transfer plans.
