Deon Hotto reserves high praise for Orlando Pirates star Relebohile Mofokeng

Orlando Pirates utility player Deon Hotto has joined the long list of his teammates and football personalities praising the special talents of Bafana Bafana international Relebohile Mofokeng.

The 20-year-old’s special talents have seen him play a prominent role in helping Pirates win their CAF Champions League group and qualify for the last eight.

Hotto, responding to a question posed by SABC Sport, ran short of words in describing the brilliance of the School of Excellence graduate.

"It's amazing what the boy is actually doing, from last season until today, it's just – I don't know man, the boy is just too much man," said Hotto.

"For him, I won't say the sky is the limit, but he's just a marvellous player, to be honest – hayi, eish, I don't have words for him man. He's just good man, he's good."

With a direct involvement in almost 20 goals in 28 appearances so far this season, there’s no arguing the special talent Mofokeng is, but, for Hotto, it’s also the youngster’s respect that makes him special.

"And the good thing about him is that he listens to his senior players – that's one good thing, and he's definitely going to go far with [that attitude]," he added.

"When you always listen to what your elders are saying, you will definitely go far. He's also very disciplined, and he's grounded."
