Les Bleus have already secured their place in the tournament's last 16, following Albania's defeat to Spain on Monday night.
Many expected Deschamps to therefore rest Mbappe, who broke his nose in the opening game against Austria and subsequently missed the draw against Netherlands.
However, Deschamps wants to field his strongest eleven as he targets top spot in their group.
"Being first is important," said Deschamps.
"Our aim is to keep everyone in the team and make sure that everyone feels ready."
Asked about Mbappe's condition and mindset ahead of Tuesday night's Poland fixture, Deschamps added: "He's getting better every day. The bruising on his nose has actually gone down and he's getting used to playing in a mask.
"He wants to play, he's raring to go. He wanted to play against the Netherlands and wants to play against Poland."
