Bellingham had missed the final two games of Borussia Dortmund's season due to a knee injury, which also led to his withdrawal from international duty with England in June.
Despite undergoing medical checks while nursing the injury, Bellingham was given the green light to join Real Madrid for a significant fee, starting at ¬103m and potentially increasing with bonuses.
As Real Madrid returned to Valdebebas on Monday, Bellingham spoke to Marca, providing an update on his fitness.
"I'm feeling fine and I'm ready for the first training session," he said. "I'm ready to play and my knee is perfectly fine."
The players will undergo final medical checks on Monday morning before resuming training.
Reports indicate that Bellingham was the first player to report to Valdebebas, with fellow new signing Arda Guler not far behind.
Fans eagerly await the opportunity to see Bellingham in action as Real Madrid embark on their pre-season tour.
The team are scheduled to travel to the United States later this month to participate in the Soccer Champions Tour 2023.
The first match on their schedule is against AC Milan on July 23, followed by fixtures against Manchester United, Barcelona, and Juventus in the subsequent days.
