Lehlohonolo Seema raves about Sekhukhune United loan deals

Sekhukhune United coach Lehlohonolo Seema believes the two players who have joined them on loan are now among their biggest contributors.

Babina Noko currently have midfielder Sipho Mbule and winger Katlego Otladisa from Mamelodi Sundowns and Orlando Pirates respectively as part of their squad for the rest of the season.

Seema has not missed an opportunity to name them in his starting line-up when available and fit.

The coach says the duo have elevated Sekhukhune’s level.

"It's not a headache, it's always nice to have healthy competition and the players most of them, a lot of them came to this team, if you check where they were at their teams where they were playing, some of them, you were even close to forgetting them,” Seema said.

“So, it shows that at least Sekhukhune is giving them another chance and they are grabbing it. The way the technical team is pushing them and also, they are responding, they are happy so we are happy and I still say that there's still more these guys can do.

“It's just that some of them were a little bit rusty and we can see they are coming [regaining their form]. Of course, we are happy if the guys are like this, it's not a headache."

Mbule was on the score sheet when Babina Noko salvaged a draw away to Stellenbosch at the weekend but was sacrificed before half-time when the visitors went a man down following Siphesihle Mkhize’s red card.

Seema is adamant Mbule understood the bigger pict

"Nobody is playing under pressure, that is why when the game is calling us to make changes like this, it was very unfortunate, Sipho was playing very well. He even got a goal but we had to sacrifice,” the coach added.

“He understood that, he said as long as we are doing it for the team it's good for us. So, I'm happy with the way that the team spirit is also. So, yeah, having a lot of players that are playing well, that are working hard."
