Speaking exclusively with the SABC Sport on Sunday in Ugu Sport and Leisure, says he wants a success driven club.

''I can't say much, but it depends on where the opportunity will come from. Whichever team that has good intentions, a team that is driven to achieve big, not just to survive relegation or to secure a top eight spot but who ambitions to win the league,'' said  Mngqithi.

Coach Manqoba has received huge praises for Malibongwe Khoza, who has been very impressive with the senior team.

Mngqithi says the progress of the youngster touches him and more can be expected from him.

''It is important. When you speak about Khoza, as we speak all senior centre-backs at Sundowns are injured, so the team entrusted him to step in. If we didn't give him the opportunity earlier, the team would be struggling with getting a centre-back. But he was given an opportunity and has shown what he is really capable of,'' added Mngqithi.

The coach is currently spending time in KwaZulu watching unknown talent.

He addressed the challenge of the decline of talent and lack of opportunities.

He feels it unfair to put blame on teams, because it is impossible to give everyone opportunities.

Manqoba was part of the Sboniso Duma foundation football tournament, which was organized to use football to educate youth about the economy.

Mngqithi says it is very important to educate rural youth about finances because they tend to face big challenges.

''It is very important, because managing money is a skill. I get happy when I see young players being exposed to such opportunities, receiving life skills to get to learn on how to handle life in general,'' he expressed.
