Orlando Pirates secure Champions League spot after SuperSport draw

The Pirates also made strategic changes following their 1-0 loss to TS Galaxy, introducing Deon Hotto, Thabiso Sesane, and Monnapule Saleng into the starting eleven, replacing Nkosinathi Sibisi, Innocent Maela, and Kabelo Dlamini.

SuperSport United missed out on qualifying for the CAF Confederation Cup next season, as they finished the campaign in sixth place.

Pirates, however, basked in their ascent to second place, a position that grants them an unexpected but welcome entry into the CAF Champions League.
