The Soweto Derby between Kaizer Chiefs and Orlando Pirates will be held on Saturday, 6 May at FNB Stadium. The game is set to start at 15h00.
Kaizer Chiefs, who beat Royals AM 2-1 in the quarter-finals, will play host to their rivals, the Buccaneers.
Pirates, who won a penalty shootout against Dondol Stars after a 1-1 draw, will be looking to claim the Soweto bragging rights.
In the second semi-final, Stellenbosch will face Sekhukhune United at Danie Craven Stadium on Sunday, 7 May with a kick-off time of 18h00.
Stellenbosch secured their spot in the semis with a 2-1 victory over Mamelodi Sundowns, while Sekhukhune United also won 2-1 against Chippa United.
