Ramovic plots his Galaxy's game plan against Buccaneers

TS Galaxy aims to pull away from the relegation zone and the club™s head coach Sead Ramovic, has discussed what could be a decisive game plan when they face Orlando Pirates in a DTSV Premiership game at Mbombela stadium on Monday afternoon.

Ramovic believes that all they need is to be in control of the game.

"We all know that Orlando is one of the oldest and that oldest clubs in South Africa and they won in 95 the CAF, they won in 2011 a lot of titles, so it was actually a happy year for them. So if we compete with Orlando's history we will not have any chance of course, but if we focus and keep the desire to be our best we can compete against any team so we know we will need a well-organized team, the best quality of players and real good in set-pieces, said Ramovic.

With the club currently placed on the 15th spot on the log, Ramovic is tasked with the uphill battle of getting the Rockets out of the relegation dogfight with four games to go.

In an interview with SABC Sport, the German born mentor touched on his game plan.

"This means that we have to defend very well, control the space, be a collective and compact structure, and our transition have be good and passing creative, speed and collect-keeping your ball it will be key to get some points out of it, said Ramovic.

Pirates™ individual players are also a concern for Ramovic, and the Galaxy coach argues that the only way to get one over the Soweto giants and CAF Confederation Cup semi-finalists is through a solid structure.

"You know if we don't have a structure, if we don't have a game plan, if we don't stick to our game plan and of course it will be not easy to get any points out of it. So this is what I mean, like we have to control the space, we control and if we can't control the position then I think we still able to control the game by forcing the opponent into the space you want them to play into.

œWe have to be smart, we have to be ready to fight for every inch because this in the end makes the difference if you get the point or not, concluded Ramovic.

Although making the Rockets a nuisance to the opposition in the near future, Ramovic says his priority is to obviously secure the club™s topflight status.
