The two teams meet at a sold-out Lucas Moripe Stadium this afternoon (15:30), with Chiefs looking for their first win over The Brazilians in four years.
Frosler knows they come to this game as underdogs, but he says they have a capable team to turn things around.
"Oh, it's another game to look forward to. I think every game you get to play, you look forward to playing it, and it being [against] Sundowns is another exciting challenge that lies ahead," said Frosler.
"I think us as players are more than ready for it, more than willing to play it, so I think it's another exciting challenge for us this weekend, and I think everybody is up for it."
Frosler admits they will be up against a Sundowns attack that has scored 13 goals in their last four matches, but stresses Chiefs also need to focus on their own areas of improvement.
"I think they have done well, their front three, and you've got to give them credit to say, 'Well done.' Back to us now, we've got to just try and do our best to try and stop them," he added.
"And it's not just them, we've got to focus on the whole team because, at the end of the day, it's not only the front three players that score goals, I mean anybody can score goals.
"So we've got to focus on their whole team, and we've got to focus on what we need to do in order for us to be better as well."
