Report: Liverpool eye Real Sociedad midfielder Martin Zubimendi

Liverpool are in the midst of a dramatic transformation, especially in midfield, under the leadership of new manager Arne Slot.

In his debut season, Slot has propelled the team to the top of both the Premier League and Champions League tables, sparking optimism among fans and pundits alike.

The overhaul of Liverpool's midfield began with the departures of stalwarts Jordan Henderson, Fabinho, and Georginio Wijnaldum.

To fill the void, the club made high-profile signings, including Alexis Mac Allister, Dominik Szoboszlai, and Ryan Gravenberch.

These additions have rejuvenated the team, providing creativity, energy, and technical prowess in the centre of the park.

Despite these successes, Liverpool are reportedly considering further enhancements to their midfield.

One name that continues to be linked with the Reds is Martin Zubimendi of Real Sociedad.

The Spanish midfielder has also attracted interest from Premier League rivals Manchester City and Arsenal.
