Mogaila was charged with culpable homicide four months ago, after he was involved in a car accident that claimed the life of a nine-year-old, and he did not feature for Babina Noko until last week.
Following his winning goal in their away clash against Chippa United in East London at the weekend, Mogaila was immediately in the spotlight, and Seema explained why the player is back in the fold.
"I think the club, from day one of that unfortunate incident, has been there for the Shaune and for the families involved, and Shaune was given the time to take care of whatever he was supposed to," said Seema.
"You have seen the court [case] is still going on, but, having said that, we need to support Shaune and make sure he is still part of us when he's available, and when he's not attending the serious matters that he knows himself is going through some process.
"And as the club, we have agreed that we'll support him, and we'll be giving him the time when it arrives [to deal with it]."
Mogaila has twice appeared at the Tembisa Magistrate Court on charges of reckless and negligent driving as well as fleeing the scene, but Seema insists Mogaila’s return is also about the well-being of the player.
"In terms of mental strength, he's been attending [therapy] and the club is making sure he's okay, so I don't think we are being insensitive, I think we are showing Ubuntu, that everybody deserves a second chance – that is why it's called an accident," he added.
"We have to just make sure we support him and the way he is, you can see that he hasn't forgotten what happened, but at least the support structure is there, and what a way of showing and giving it back to our supporters to seeing him do this.
"I think this is another way of showing his mental strength that he doesn't go and sit at home and put his head between his legs, he's trying and still going, as difficult as it is.
"Unfortunately, in life, life has to go on, and as long as someone is getting [tried] on that legal route, it shows that he's at least there to face whatever will happen when the court settles the matter, and Shaune will definitely be given time when that moment arrives."
