The win maintained the Bulls' unbeaten run, bringing their record to eight matches without a loss - seven wins and one draw - putting them comfortably at the top of the table with 36 points, eight ahead of the Lions, who still have a game in hand.
Despite the final scoreline, the match began with the Griquas taking a surprising 14-0 lead within the first 16 minutes.
Capitalising on early errors from the Bulls, Marco de Witt and Dylan Maart crossed the try line to put the visitors ahead.
The Bulls, however, rallied in the 21st minute, with Jaco van der Walt scoring their first try after a well-timed offload from Mpilo Gumede.
The momentum quickly shifted in the Bulls' favour, with Chris Barend Smith, Henry Immelman, and Mpilo Gumede each adding tries before halftime.
Griquas' Thabo Ndimande responded with a try of his own just before the break, narrowing the score to 26-19 in favour of the home side.
The second half saw the Bulls assert their dominance further. Mpilo Gumede, who was named Player of the Match, scored his second try early on, extending the lead.
Griquas had opportunities to claw back, but two tries - by Dylan Maart and Connor Mahoney - were disallowed due to forward passes.
Replacement hooker Juann Else added two late tries for the Bulls, while Dylan Maart scored a consolation try for the Griquas.
The Bulls' clinical performance in the second half secured their place at the top of the Currie Cup standings as they look ahead to their remaining fixtures with confidence.
