The 21-year-old romped to the coveted accolade after collecting 65% of the fan vote from the other shortlisted players, securing his position among the tournament's greats.
He saw off the challenges of England winger Tommy Freeman, Scotland full-back Blair Kinghorn and reigning Player of the Championship, Italy star Tommaso Menoncello.
Bielle-Biarrey's performances and record-breaking try return made him the undisputed prize winner as France secured the Six Nations title for the first time in three years.
His healthy return of eight tries surpassed the previous record set in 2018 by Ireland's Jacob Stockdale, reinforcing his reputation as one of the game's most lethal finishers.
Bielle-Biarrey's attacking brilliance was encapsulated in his sensational solo crossing against reigning champions Ireland in Round Four - a score that earned him the Try of the Championship award from the fans' vote. It was a moment of pure magic, showcasing the wing's speed, agility and ability to slice through defences with ease.
Reflecting on his award, Bielle-Biarrey expressed his gratitude to the supporters who propelled him to victory and admitted he is living his "childhood dream" at the moment.
"I'm very happy to have won this trophy and that the fans voted massively for me. My parents signed me up for rugby when I was five years old. Straight away, I really liked it - it is a childhood dream to be able to live my passion today," he said.
"But there were other records broken during this Guinness Men's Six Nations, not just by me, and this trophy is also a great reward for all the hard work from the French team. It is the conclusion of a very good tournament for us."
With this triumph, Bielle-Biarrey joins an illustrious list of past winners, including his national team captain Antoine Dupont - who has won the award three times - and Irish legend Brian O'Driscoll.
He succeeds last year's recipient, Menoncello, in claiming one of the sport's most sought-after accolades.
Bielle-Biarrey is now back on club duty for Bordeaux-Begles and will be keen to help his side win their Investec Champions Cup Round of 16 clash against Ulster this weekend.
