SA Rugby debuts new documentary series 'Inside the Boks'

On Thursday, SA Rugby released the first episode of a new ongoing documentary series titled 'Inside the Boks'.

Judging by the first episode which runs 24 minutes and is now available to watch on the official Springbok Youtube channel, the series aims to do exactly that: Give Springboks fans a much closer and more personal look into the inner workings of the Springboks.

Episode 1 offers unique and in-depth insight into the planning and strategic decision-making of the Bok coaching and management team.

There is a particular focus on managing player workloads for the upcoming season, taking into account the new demands on players due to South Africa's switch to the northern hemisphere competitions.

Expect more episodes to drop as the 2023 season rolls on and the defence of the Springboks' World Cup crown draws nearer.
