Letsoalo, joined Babina Noko at the beginning of last season, as one of the most highly rated strikers in the Dstv Premiership following a stellar campaign with Royal AM, as he led them to their first ever continental football, with 15 goals and two assists, in the 2021/22 season.
His goalscoring form at the Thwihli Thwahla saw him getting recognition even in the national team and went on to win the 2021 COSAFA Cup in Gqeberha with coach Morena Ramoreboli.
With a lot of expectations from him, unfortunately, the striker could not maintain his success with Sekhukhune. Which led to him leaving and signing for another KwaZulu-Natal outfit AmaZulu FC.
Speaking exclusively to SABC Sport, the striker admits failing at Sekhukhune United.
"AmaZulu FC can expect goals from me, I want to forget about the disappointing season with Sekhukhune United. I want to fight for my new club and that is what I can promise supporters," Letsoalo said.
"I went to Sekhukhune United to score goals, I did not achieve that," he explained.
"So, my disappointment, I was not consistent. Remember, I went there with a lot of expectations after my good season in my previous clubs."
Letsoalo has been given an opportunity to revive himself at Usuthu. A city that saw him become one of the feared attackers in the league.
"I am very excited to be back in KwaZulu-Natal, a great province. I enjoy playing in Durban," he said.
"I just hope to redeem myself at Usuthu, I let myself down."
Victor is currently with the Bafana Bafana squad in Durban, for the COSAFA Cup. They already played a 1-1 draw, against Namibia on Wednesday evening at the King Zwelithini Stadium.
