Ange Postecoglou: Tottenham have 'no interest' in Man Utd's Marcus Rashford

Tottenham Hotspur manager Ange Postecoglou has refused to be drawn into transfer speculation ahead of the January window, particularly concerning Manchester United's Marcus Rashford.

During a recent press conference, Postecoglou was blunt when asked about rumours linking Rashford with a move to North London, stressing that he would not entertain such talk.

The manager also made it clear that the focus should remain on Tottenham's upcoming Carabao Cup quarter-final clash with Manchester United, rather than transfer gossip.

Rashford, who recently revealed his desire for a "new challenge," has been the subject of much speculation about his future, with various rumours suggesting a potential departure from Old Trafford.

However, Postecoglou firmly ruled out any interest from Spurs, putting an end to the transfer talk for now.

"There's always noise about Man United, where have you been? No interest, do not care. He's a Man United player, very good player."

"They've got plenty of good players. I manage my players and other managers will manage their own players. In terms of Marcus' situation, I have no real desire to examine it any further."

Asked about Destiny Udogie's fitness ahead of the clash, he added: "Destiny, no injury, but he's still a bit sore from the game. Not ruling him out but we'll see how he is with the turnaround."
