The former Bidvest Wits, Mamelodi Sundowns midfielder joins the Citizens as a free-agent after parting ways with Moroccan outfit Raja Club Athletic.
Domingo makes a return to South Africa after just one season in the Botola Pro 1, where he featured just 10 times for the 2023/24 league champions under former Orlando Pirates mentor Josef Zinnbauer.
He is expected to be joined at City, alongside Fortune Makaringe, Kamohelo Mokotjo, Carlinhos and Alifeyo Sibusiso Ziba, who are yet to be announced by the club.

The 28-year-old Capetonian returns to the Mother City for the first time since leaving Ajax Cape Town, where he graduated from the youth ranks, to join Portuguese side Vitoria Guimaraes in 2015.
