The news comes on the back of the South African tactician guiding the country’s senior men’s national team to the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco for the first time since the 2012 edition.
Ramoreboli had been asked to take over on an interim basis, with the promise that he would retain the job permanently as a replacement for Frenchman Didier Gomes should he seal their ticket to next year's AFCON.
However, there had always been questions over whether Ramoreboli would be allowed to double up as head coach of both Galaxy and the Zebras in the coming months.
According to information gathered by the public broadcaster, this will no longer be a conundrum as the coach and the club will go their separate ways.
SABC Sport reported two weeks ago that Ramoreboli had already been in advanced talks with the BFA regarding the way forward following qualification to the AFCON a year from now.
But it remains unclear at this stage how far the negotiations have gone – although the latest developments with Jwaneng could now make things a lot easier.
Ramoreboli arrived in Botswana three years ago and has won two league titles with Jwaneng, and leaves the club in fourth place after 10 matches this season.
