Dzvukamanja's transfer from Orlando Pirates was only recently confirmed and the forward made an instant impact when he finished off a cross from fellow debutant and teenager Shandre Campbell in the 56th minute.
Matsatsantsa then doubled their lead with 18 minutes remaining when poor defending by Richards Bay from a corner allowed Ghampani Lungu to set up another debutant Etiosa Ighodaro to tap in.
Gavin Hunt's charges then saw out the contest comfortably with Richards Bay only having one shot on target for the entire match.
Golden Arrows 1-1 Swallows
Golden Arrows and Swallows played out a 1-1 draw in their league season opener at the Mpumalanga Stadium on Saturday.
The first threat on goal came from Swallows' Tshediso Patjie in the 17th minute, as the winger curled a shot from the left of the penalty area just wide of the far post.
Arrows then found their attacking rhythm and had three great chances around the half-hour mark, with the first seeing Knox Mutizwa denied one-on-one by Swallows goalkeeper Daniel Akpeyi in the 26th minute.
Both goals came in the second half with Abafana Bes'thende taking the lead early after the halftime break through substitute Siyanda Mthanti.
Swallows, under new coach Steve Khompela, hit back with 13 minutes remaining when forward Tshegofatso Mabasa headed in a cross from Tshediso Patjie.
Royal AM 0-0 Amazulu
Royal AM and Amazulu could not break the deadlock as they played out goalless stalemate in a KZN derby at the Harry Gwala Stadium.
Both teams created few opportunities on goal with defences rock-solid at either end of the pitch.
New Usuthu head coach Pablo Franco, armed with nine new signings, will be pleased with a clean sheet but will look for more cohesion from his front men in the next games.
Royal AM currently have a transfer ban placed on them by FIFA in this window and mentor John Maduka will have been glad to take a point from their first encounter of the season.
