On, Sunday, SuperSport will look to continue their battle for a CAF Champions League place with a win at home to AmaZulu.
The Rockets are currently in 10th place on the standings, with 30 points from 25 games, some two points adrift of eighth-placed Royal AM.
Sead Ramovic's side have lost their last two league games, 2-1 to Maritzburg United and 2-0 to SuperSport while John Maduka's charges were unlucky to go out in the quarter-final stage of the Nedbank Cup to Kaizer Chiefs last time out after a strong 3-1 win over Stellenbosch.
Swallows, meanwhile, are down in 14th place, just two points clear of the promotion/relegation places, having lost three successive games ahead of a hard-fought draw with Champions Mamelodi Sundowns.
Stellenbosch overcame Sundowns in their Nedbank Cup quarter-final, after two previous league losses.
And SuperSport are just a point better off than Orlando Pirates after dropping points in recent games; drawing 1-1 with Chippa United and 0-0 with Marumo Gallants, having also lost 1-0 to Pirates, alongside a 2-0 win over Galaxy.
AmaZulu, in 12th, should be easy pickings, with the inconsistent club only winning one of their last six games, 2-1 against Galaxy, ahead of two draws, and three losses. They held Cape Town City to a 2-2 stalemate last time out.
