South Africa managed a narrow 1-0 win over Mehalalitoe in their first friendly at UJ Soweto Stadium on Saturday, with Nobahle Mdelwa scoring the only goal of the match.
Speaking to SABC Sport, Magagula says they will look to improve on their combination play from the first encounter.
"In the second match, I think we should finish scoring, and score more because we're getting chances, but we're not taking those chances," said Magagula.
"So going forward, we need to make sure our combination play is on point and that we finish off the chances we create."
The 30-year-old also expressed gratitude to the technical team for the opportunity to lead the youngsters in the two friendly matches against Lesotho.
"I'd say I was excited to get this opportunity to be in the national team again, and also play with different individuals of different age groups." she added.
"But we didn't look at the age group, we are here to work hard as national team players."
