The Belgian-born mentor leads the national side into two crucial fixtures away to Uganda and South Sudan in the coming days.
Broos said, in the event Bafana are unable to get enough points to secure a ticket to Morocco next year, he will immediately step down and leave the country.
"You know, if we lose these two games, five minutes after the game [against South Sudan], I will fly to Belgium – you can be sure of it," said Broos.
"You can be sure of it, if we can't win – okay, against Uganda [it might not be] – at home against South Sudan? I'm telling you, I'll immediately be on a flight and you'll never see me back [in South Africa] again."
The coach insisted he’d looked at the group permutations and is aware of what Bafana needs to confirm their qualification for the 2025 championship.
"Two draws and we'll always be qualified because, in the [head-to-head] against Congo, we are the winner, so if we have two draws, we are six points ahead and if Congo wins twice, they will be on the same points as us," added the 2017 AFCON-winning coach.
"I have to be honest, sure, I looked over the previous weeks what the rules are, if there equal points, because I know a few years ago South Africa was dancing on the pitch and they were not qualified, so we can't make a mistake."
