Coach Desiree Ellis' current squad is largely made up of the under-21s from last year's COSAFA Women's Championship side that ended runners-up in Gqeberha, where Hendricks was one of the top goal scorers.
Speaking to SABC Sport, Hendricks says she wants to continue where she left off in the regional showpiece.
"I am very excited about the opportunity given to us to expose our talents against our neighbours Lesotho," said Hendricks.
"I got my first national team cap last year when we played in the COSAFA Championships, and I scored the goals and performed well, so I want to maintain the same standard."
Hendricks adds that the main goal is to form part of the Women's Africa Cup of Nations squad headed for Morocco in July.
"I think the bigger picture for me is to perform well so that I can be selected to represent South Africa at this year’s Women’s Africa Cup of Nations," she added.
The 19-year-old also enjoyed a decent run at club level, helping the University of Fort Hare to maintain their Hollywoodbets Super League status following their promotion from the Sasol Women's League.
She is also looking forward to maintaining her good form in their 2025 campaign.
"I am very proud of my individual performance from last season. We have always wanted to compete in the elite league, and our dream came true in 2024.
"I look forward to our second season, and all I want is to keep scoring goals and maintain my good form from last season."
