PSG are eager to sign Ademola Lookman after they failed to do so in the summer with former Super Eagles star Taribo West revealing he was contacted about the player by "a PSG insider" recently.
Taribo West made this revelation in a radio interview, but he did not give more details. West is respected in France after he played for several years at Ligue 1 club Aj Auxerre.
Ademola Lookman stayed away from training to force a transfer to PSG during the last transfer window, but nothing came through eventually, Scorenigeria.com reported.
No-nonsense central defender Taribo West said the Atalanta forward deserves a transfer to a bigger club.
"I want him to move to a bigger club to improve his transfer market value," he said.
"He has gone through fire and now this reward (CAF Player of the Year award) will bring out the best in him."
