Chippa United v Richards Bay
Chippa United are in search of a first win in five DStv Premiership games at home to Richards Bay on Wednesday.
The 13th-placed Chilli Boys last claimed victory in the league at home to Golden Arrows in December but have since lost to both Polokwane City and TS Galaxy, while claiming creditable draws with both Cape Town City and Stellenbosch.
They also overcame NC Pros in the Nedbank Cup to improve morale at a club that sits only seven points clear of the promotion/relegation play-pff place - occupied by Richards Bay.
The Natal Rich Boys have just 13 points this season and are only three clear of bottom side Cape Town Spurs - with both teams managing just three wins all season.
They did win their Nedbank Cup tie, at home to Polokwane City, but most recently lost 2-1 to Royal AM and 3-1 to Sekhukhune, having brielfy boosted their survival hopes with a shock 3-1 defeat of high-flying SuperSport just a week earlier.
Sekhukhune United v Royal AM
Sekhukhune United can focus all their efforts on claiming all three points with Royal AM on Wednesday following their CAF Confederation Cup exit.
The DStv Premiership side ended third in Group D, with just one win from their six games.
They did, however, see off Golden Arrows in the league last time out to sit in eighth place, amid a raft of teams on 24 points.
Royal AM though, in 12th, are just two points adrift of their midweek opponents and could move as high as seventh with all three points at the Peter Mokaba Stadium.
