In Split, Josko Gvardiol's second-half goal ensured Croatia advanced to the quarter-finals.
Joao Felix put Portugal ahead in the 33rd minute with a clinical finish, but Zlatko Dalic's tactical changes turned the tide. Substitute Kristijan Jakic's pinpoint cross found Gvardiol at the far post in the 65th minute, and the defender coolly slotted home to send the home crowd into raptures.
Scotland's Late Heroics Relegate Poland

Scotland avoided direct relegation from League A thanks to Andy Robertson's dramatic stoppage-time header in Poland.
John McGinn gave the visitors an early lead, and Billy Gilmour and Scott McTominay both hit the woodwork in their search for a second. Poland levelled through Kamil Pià tkowski's stunning long-range strike, but Robertson's late intervention sealed the win and confirmed Poland's relegation.
