The South Africans qualified for the continental showpiece with two games to spare and are now top of Group K in the qualifiers – yet to lose a game in five outings.
Hugo Broos’ charges take on South Sudan to wrap their campaign up in Cape Town tomorrow afternoon, and Feutmba says he will not be surprised if Bafana go all the way in Morocco next year.
"I always go for Bafana Bafana, not just because I see myself as part of South Africa today, but because of the quality football they are playing," said the 56-year-old.
"It's quality, quality football, and I won't be surprise if, at the next AFCON, they will even go to the final."
Feutmba waxed lyrical about Bafana, saying he loves the new-look team as they make football beautiful on the eye.
"This Bafana is my favourite team because, personally, I love that type of football, that is the type of football I was playing," he added.
"It's quality, positive football, moving forward, making football look beautiful, and also being realistic, scoring goals. It's that convincing football that wins games.
"And Bafana Bafana, personally, I believe they are on the right track and they will really do well even at the next AFCON, so I'm confident that moving forward they will do very well."
